Xiaomi has launched its new smartphone Redmi 9 Power in India on 17 December 2020. The dimensions of this smartphone are 162.3mm x 77.3mm x 9.6mm and weigh 198 grams. The phone has a 6000mAh Li-ion battery. This smartphone has been launched in four colors: Blazing Blue, Electric Green, Fiery Red, Mighty Black. The back panel of the phone has quad camera set-up & flashlight and on the bottom side of the phone is 3.5mm headphone jack, IR blasters, Type C charging port and speaker. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the side of the phone.
Redmi 9 Power has a 6.53 inch FHD + IPS display, which has a resolution of 2340×1080 pixel, resolution type FHD + and 400 nits Brightness.
The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor and is a Graphic Processing Unit Adreno 610. The phone is powered by Android 10 and has been given Custom User Interface of MIUI 12.
Camera & Sensor
Redmi 9 Power has a quad camera set-up and a single notch selfie camera at the front. The phone has 48 megapixel primary camera, 8 megapixel, 2 megapixel macro camera, 2 megapixel Depth camera and 8 megapixel selfie camera.
Sensor options include Fingerprint Sensor, Face Unlock, GPS, Accelerometer, Proximity Sensor, E-Compass, Ambient Light Sensor and Gyroscope.
Storage, Battery & Connectivity
Redmi 9 Power has been launched in two storage variants. The base Variant of the phone has 64 GB internal storage and 128 GB internal storage in the top variant. Internal storage in both variants can be increased to 256 GB with the help of memory card and both variants have 4 GB RAM.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi standard 802.11a / b / g / n / ac, Bluetooth v5.0, 3.5mm earphone jack, Type C port, Wi-Fi Direct, Dual 4G, dual SIM slot and microSD card slot.
